Hey folks.

Well, here I am desperatly trying to put off the inevitable revision for my impending A-Level exams. I've got 9 coming up in the next two and a half weeks. Great fun.

I recently watched Kingdom of Heaven, a historical epic about the Crusades by Ridley Scott, the guy who made Gladiator. It is fantastic, perhaps the best film I have ever seen. Sure, I may have enjoyed LotR more, but this was the best film. What's more, it may contain the best character of any film I've ever seen. At least on a par (Prepare to cry "Blasphemy") with Jack Sparrow; Baldwin IV, the Leper-King of Jerusalem. Brilliant beyond words. You have to see it for yourself.

In slightly more arty news, am I the only one getting somewhat fed up with the endless stream of anime, anthro and, more horrid still, anime anthro, that appears on the Popular Deviations section of the front page? I hear a lot these days of people posting deviations and then faving it with hunreds of shadow accounts...

However, in better news, after the exams are over I plan to treat myself by spending a metric shedload on beefing up my PC. Better still, this will leave my dear friend Max with a passivly-cooled graphics card. Anyone nerdy reading this may now laugh.

Also, I won 11 Internets (Yes, equivalent to 1100o Life Points) for fooling someone on MSN brilliantly at a party the other night. Can't go into details, but 11 internets; well, that's a LOT of internets. Also, at said party much fun was had ripping the piss out of old Star Trek episodes. Hence, the, Kirk, esque, title, of, this, journal, entry.

Hmmm, anyways, that's more or less all for now, I've found something else to do to put off revising, so toodlepip people.

Command what is tried, what is true
But without solution, with feet on the ground
It won't make a sound til you're through
So loosen your shoulder blades
This is your hour to make due
Because there on the timberline
Deep cold November shines through

Destiny is not a matter of chance. It is a matter of choice. It's not a thing to be waited for - it is a thing to be achieved.
